Indoor Lights
Indoor Lights
Festive Lights main safety tip for indoor lighting is to always use a low voltage LED light set. Not only does this prevent the risk of fire caused with mains voltage lighting systems but reduces the risks of electrocution significantly. This however doesn’t mean that the choice or quality of products will be sacrificed in order to keep them safe. At Festive Lights we are always developing new and exciting products to add to our vast ranges and colours which includes 8 vibrant colour options (in String Lights and Fairy Lights and Rope Lights only) and a large range of Connectable Lighting which increases safety around the home by allowing multiple products to be powered from one plug and therefore reducing the amount of wires and leads that can be potential trip hazards.
Re: Indoor Lights
Indoor lighting fixtures are permanently mounted and wired lights such as chandeliers, pendants, ceiling fixtures and wall fixtures (sconces). Indoor lighting fixtures are UL listed for dry or indoor use only.
Re: Indoor Lights
Hello
Lighting or illumination is the deliberate application of light to achieve some aesthetic or practical effect. Lighting includes use of both artificial light sources such as lamps and natural illumination of interiors from daylight. Daylighting (through windows, skylights, etc.) is often used as the main source of light during daytime in buildings given its low cost. Artificial lighting represents a major component of energy consumption, accounting for a significant part of all energy consumed worldwide. Artificial lighting is most commonly provided today by electric lights, but gas lighting, candles, or oil lamps were used in the past, and still are used in certain situations. Proper lighting can enhance task performance or aesthetics, while there can be energy wastage and adverse health effects of poorly designed lighting. Indoor lighting is a form of fixture or furnishing, and a key part of interior design. Lighting can also be an intrinsic component of landscaping.
Thanks
