UNDERGROUND IRRIGATION

Post by kerry24 »

Water savings, convenience, added value to your home, the best possible care for your garden, all the advantages of underground irrigation are now within reach for everyone.

The system first of all comprises a multi-line electronic timer that automatically controls 1-16 different irrigation lines.

Water flow to each line is controlled by a dedicated solenoid valve.

Circuit lines, made of polyethylene tubes and compression connectors, are laid underground in a shallow trench, and can follow any route as required.

Water is distributed to the garden by means of fixed-head or adjustable pop-up sprinklers: directly actuated by the force of water, they pop up for watering, then disappear below the lawn surface when the cycle is over.

Hi

The big difference between Lawn Belt and PolyPipe and PVC is the ease of installation. All hose connections easily fit together using our collar halves and stainless clamps, no glue is required anywhere! Our Sprinkler Kits typically install in just a few hours.

Thanks

Hi

The greatest recent improvement has been the infusion of an herbicide into the emitter plastic. The herbicide prevents root intrusion when emitter lines are buried in soil (the minute amount doesn't contaminate the soil). Products not protected by a chemical barrier often became clogged with roots.

Thanks
