Choosing the right fish tank largely depends on the type of fish that you own as well as how many you’ve got. The more fish you’ve got and the larger they are the bigger your fish tank will need to be, and then if you’ve got varieties of tropical fish you’ll need to have tropical fish tanks to accommodate.

You also need to consider your budget. A biorb fish tank will be a lot more expensive than a lower-tech aquarium fish tank or marine fish tank, but it comes down to what you’d prefer and what you think you need.
