The best place for designer clothes among the 3 countries you have mentioned is Thailand.
Their upscale retailing are awesome.
Good example is Central World in Bangkok , it beats klcc handsdown in terms of range,service and price wise.
Thailand hotel rates are very competitive, for a mere US80 you got yourself a Hilton or Westin.
After your day shopping there lots of life after dark.Lots of fun and stuffs.
Abundance of beach resorts in Thailand with optional topless beach.
You cant do that in malaysia,life is dead at night in malaysia unless you just want a simple night.
