If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and we will agree an alternative date with you or you may, if you wish, cancel the agreement and we will fully reimburse you. In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong e-Card to the Recipient or the e-Cards are defective, please inform us as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

You must ensure that you and the Recipient have a suitable device able to receive texts in the United Kingdom and that you have sufficient credit to send the Shortcode and any texts. We will not be liable for any fees associated with gaining access to or using cellular or internet networks. You must also ensure that you and the Recipient have any equipment and software necessary to access our website and e-Cards. If yours or the Recipient�s software or equipment disturbs or interferes with our operations then we reserve the right immediately to disconnect you or the Recipient. We will also have the right to immediately terminate your agreement.
