There are 4 types of client in SEO.

1. Client who wants Traffic on site.
2. Client who wants Leads.
3. Client Who wants PR upgrade.
4. Client who wants ranking in major search engines.

Which is your favorite type of client?
Who do you think is doing the right thing ?

I would just say that the more bad situation that the client is in before coming to us, the happier he becomes after spending some time with us. So, i guess the client who wants better services is the best.
