Did you know that prolonged wear of artificial nails can cause fungus to breed? It may also be a reason for thinning of your nails once the artificial nails are removed and it could also cause your natural nails to lose their strength that is hard to regain. That is why artificial nails are not recommended for daily use. Save them on special occasions. However if you really need to use them, give your nails a rest after 3 months to allow your nails to regain strength again.

Take it easy and keep your hands calm. Constant practice makes perfect. That is how I started it too. I wasted too much polish to make it right but it is definitely worth it as you have the liberty to change your nail colors as often as you want without hurting your pocket.
