Hi

As for a lone female traveller, I'm doing that currently in Africa and have travelled that way since I was about your age too. Firsty, bring personal hygeine products if you're headed to more remote spots in Asia. It's something you don't want to be caught out on! Safety the main rule is find out where the safe place in the town you're in are. At night stick to them if you're on your own. Bring a long skirt or buy a nice sarong in Asia too - cultural difference mean you'll have to cover legs and shoulders particulary in temples but most of the time you can walk around towns in shorts. I always have a sarong in my bag just in case. Don't be afraid to meet new people but do be wary at the same time. Most importantly have fun and live it up!

thanks
