Keeping a stock of ink and toners

It may be an idea to keep a stock of necessary equipment such as printer inks, printer ink cartridges, ink cartridges and toner cartridges. If this is an option you would need to store them in an adequate place so as to keep them in perfect condition for use in a couple of months time. Also to be prepared you should keep a check on the ink levels in your printer as although some printers and photocopiers will actually warn you when these are low they do not give you long if you print often.
