Generally before you start editing your profile just create a small good looking website which will give a impression that you are a small company who are hiring people to perform these tasks. Also don't forget to add some testimonials. Though its not really hard to find but it takes some time. But creating a website which talks about your services is effective. Also don't forget to add the services which you are going to provide, in your website. Also make sure that you are charging a bit more in your website rather than the one you bid in your freelancing site.
