Disadvantages of trading markets

As I mentioned many beginners underestimate the difficulty of trading and overestimate their ability as a beginner, also they have a lot of expectations. Therefore, most of them lose money and infect some degree of psychological damage upon themselves.

When those traders can't achieve to their expectations, a conflict created between their beliefs about how things should be and the actual conditions that don't match their beliefs. This conflict causes stress, fear, anxiety, confusion and so on.

Advantages of trading markets

Market is an environment with perpetual motions; these motions offer traders the opportunity to profit from them. Market is such as an ocean, if you act very well, it wills rewards you very well.

Many jobs have unchangeable hourly wages or monthly salaries, your effort not rewarded and passing time makes money for you. But in the market there is no relationship between time and reward. You can make a lot of money in a short time depend to your effort and skills.

Hi

1. Increase wages for its members.

Industries with trade unions tend to have higher wages than non-unionised industries.

2. Counterbalance Monopsonies.

In the face of Monopsony employers, Trades Unions can increase wages and increase employment. Monopsony employers are those who have market power in setting wages and employing workers. Traditionally, monopsonies occur when there is only 1 firm in a town, or type of employment. However, in modern economies, many employers have a degree of market power (monopsony).

3. Represent Workers

Thanks

Trades Unions can also protect workers from exploitation, and help to uphold health and safety legislation. Trades unions can give representation to workers facing legal action.

4. Productivity deals.

Hi

Advantages of free trade

Free trade occurs when there are no artificial barriers put in place by governments to restrict the flow of goods and services between trading nations.

When trade barriers, such as tariffs and subsidies are put in place, they protect domestic producers from international competition and redirect, rather than create trade flows.

Increased production

Free trade enables countries to specialise in the production of those commodities in which they have a comparative advantage .

With specialisation countries are able to take advantage of efficiencies generated from economies of scale and increased output.

International trade increases the size of a firm’s market, resulting in lower average costs and increased productivity, ultimately leading to increased production.

Production efficiencies

Free trade improves the efficiency of resource allocation. The more efficient use of resources leads to higher productivity and increasing total domestic output of goods and services.

Increased competition promotes innovative production methods, the use of new technology, marketing and distribution methods.

Thanks
